Gates Juniors and Seniors Advance
Written by David Wilmer

Gates Junior and Seniors both advance to the Southern District Championships being held on November 7th.  For those not in attendance, both games were outstanding and full of excitement.  The Gates Juniors defeated Chalkley 14-7 while the Gates Seniors defeated Ettrick 19-15.

Both teams will play November 14th at Manchester Middle with the Juniors game being scheduled to start 2 pm against M. Christian and the senior starting at 3 pm against Chalkley.  This has been an exciting process for both our advancing teams, but given the rebuilding the Seniors have done over the past 2 years, it is even more meaningful.

The winners of these games will advance to the CQL superbowl against the North.
