The forms above MUST be filled out after you register online. You will receive a confirmation email after you have registered online and these forms will be available in that email for you to print and fill out. You must bring these forms to your first practice.

If you wish NOT to register online you have to complete the Gates Application form below plus the other forms above.

Gates Athletic Association participates with the Chesterfield Quarterback League!

What is the Chesterfield Quarterback League? CQL is a football league within Chesterfield County designed for the youth of the county. There are 4 different divisions within the league (Flag, Minor, Junior, and Senior) which are seperated by age groups.
To teach youngsters, through playing experience, the fundamentals of football teamwork, leadership and sportsmanship and to take into consideration the health, welfare and ability of each individual participant.


Payment must be received before uniforms are issued.


With the fee paid your child will get a Jersey, helmet, mouth piece and shoulder pads. Pants are no longer provided. We wear solid black pants. (Flag players need to have black game pants and are not required to be padded.) 

Jersey and equipment will need to be turned back in at the last game. .
